THEY ARE VERY PROMPT WITH DELIVERY. BUT NEEDS A BIT OF QUANLITY CHECK ON PLEATING. SERVICE GOOD

This is the worst company on earth.No respect for customers time and energy spent on the constant back and forth.They fail to deliver items on time but are very quick to ask and harrass customers for payment.Its a real shame because the company's work is beautiful but they have ZERO business/ customer service skills. The lady who assisted me was a liar and promised my work would be done upon agreed time. When it came to collecting the fabric, it wasn't ready. I had to go back 3 times. And each time she promised something that she couldn't deliver.If I could give them 0 stars I would. A complete utter waste of time! If you value good customer service, DON'T GIVE them your money!!!!!

I'm so disappointed with this company. I got the worst service ever there after I had worked with them for some time now. To cut a long story short, the lady I spoke to over the phone(didn't get her name but she spoke what sounded like Venda) spoke over me and with other people in her factory while I was on the call with her trying to enquire about my order. When I asked her to listen , she asked what she needed to listen to because she was looking for my fabrics which were taken there for pleating. At first she said the fabrics were ready. Then suddenly she's asking questions about what colour they were, how many, etc....which gave the impression that she confirmed they were ready without being sure. I get that mistakes happen and this is probably why she was asking further questions to make sure that we were speaking about the same order. But now the issue of her speaking over me and with other people while I try to answer her questions was rude. This is when I asked her to listen and eventually she hung up on me. I then called back to ask why she hung up on me. I also asked why she would treat a customer that way. She told me that she doesn't care whether I'm a customer or not and hung up again.I had to make sure we are speaking about the same order before I could drive all the way to Joburg only to find that she confirmed the wrong order. That would have been a waste of money and time for me. This company does not deserve even 1 star from me. It's a pity google would not let me post without adding a star
