Absolutely terrible service from First for Women. They charge a ridiculous premium, with absolutely no added benefits. It has been a month without my car, with multiple delays from First for Women - however no compensation for time lost. Please avoid using First for Women!

Useless. I left outsurance to be insured with ffw after 10 years, due to lower premiums. My first mistake.If every you are in trouble with a flat tyre, don't rely on this pathetic insurance company to come to your rescue. A female alone, unable to get anyone to jump start her car. The app doesn't work. The call centre is always busy, was on hold at least 20 minutes each time. After 3 attempts at calling the call centre and someone promising me they will call me back.. nothing. Had to Uber to get a jumpstart kit and do myself. What a waste.Cancellation of policy is a definite. No value to their clients at all.

This is a very disapointing company and I will remove all 3 my policies from them, they are only interested in monthly payment, they over promise, you are send from pillar to post, their call centre is incompetent, I am truly disgusted by their services after all the money in spend with them on a daily basis, I will be consulting the ombudsman as as a client I have been misled.

Shockingly bad service. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. 8 Months of utter HELL. The person dealing with my case just refuses to do her job but no matter how many complaints nothing changes! Be careful!!!!! Update: 11 months later, seems they ran out of stories to tell me. Now they don't even return calls....

What a horrible insurance. My mom has been with them forever and then a pipe burst in her house and literally so bad that we had to stop the outside tap. Her ceilings and cupboards all destroyed by the water, only for them to come out and say it happened over time lol. We are so happy to have moved her to Outsurance.

Your company has debit from my account! Where I specifically said I won't continue with the application / your service on the exact same day, The consultant who took my banking details said no, they won't debit after I said I won't be continuing because I am still deciding on a suitable and flexible insurance cover. Please return my money back and don't debit from my account again! I am paying for a service I am not getting, in fact, I have found a insurance cover that's serves my needs. Once again, I will remove this bad Review only once my money is reversed into my account, thanks.

I have run into nothing but difficulty and frustration with this company. I highly recommend choosing another insurance company. They are inefficient and the app is really poor and hardly functional.
