Disgusted at the service. Patiently waited 20mins for help. One sales person on the floor. He was helping the customer before us which we have no problem in waiting. Then a third customer walks in and gets helped before us yet the employer acknowledged us waiting there. You just lost a customer. Will not support in the future. Your customers service is pathetic.

Excellent service. I received advise to follow the 3step system and it worked so beautifully. My pool has never been so blue!!!wow...the gentleman who assisted me is awesome at his job.He provided with me with a step by step process.Took his time to explain everything in details.He is just amazing!Well done Northgate!

Waleed was very helpful. Completely knew what my problem was and exceeded my expectations. Instead selling me a brand new machine he completely restored mine to like new condition. Saved me a few thousand rands. My refurbished dominator works like when I bought it 3 years ago. Really happy and will definitely recommend..
