In January 2020 our family lost our father, Avbob done the service and burial. When we went to make the arrangements beforehand we were told that the grounds are being kept tidy, and a lot of wonderful promises, etc. The day of the funeral the weeds were so long it was unbelievable, after all the rain we had since then we cannot find the grave and was told by Avbob it's not their responsibility to know where the gave is due that it's municipality ground. My experience is that Avbob Bloemfontein is terrible, they don't have sympathy and they are liars, may God deal with them accordingly for taking advantage of people in a grieving state. I am so disgusted with the no help we have gotten from them in a time where all we needed was some advice and assistance.

The service was great. I was worried because a few years back I had a bad experience with the death of my father.Adele helped me and her service was very professional. The manager helped me to open my car door after I locked the keys inside the car.

I would not recommend using their services. The whole experience was so impersonal. From the viewing, to the grave, everything was just handled terribly. The fact that so many people are dying should not be an excuse for poor service delivery. You want your last respects to your loved ones to be handled with dignity. They do not offer that.

Sound in Chapel was poor. We ask for no pork in food but they just ignore us. We do not want the body in the chapel and it was there when we arrive. They ask R5000-00 rand for serving 30 people with snacks.

Staff are very professional and premises are clean and quiet.

AVBOB comes a long way with my family, they did my grandma's funeral in 2013 my other grandma's in 2014, my father's in 2016 and again my grandpa's in 2019 very professional and I would recommend AVBOB any time

They steal other people's details to open funeral policies on their behalf without their consent
