I don't think we would have been able to do this without you, thank you for helping us find our new family home.If ever I need to sell or purchase a property I will not hesitate to use Dawie and Leapfrog property group, I have the highest level of confidence that it will be dealt with to the best of his ability.

Will never use this agency again ... no propper background checks done on owners ... no propper checks done prior to letting house out ... didnt even get deposit amount as per their Portal Statement back ...

Do your homework and don't make the same mistake that we made. We went through 5 agents with them in the space of a year, already a red flag. They can't find the entry inspection that was done with the tenants, as well as exit inspection not done and signed with tenants which has caused us to lose money as tenants deposit doesn't cover the damage. Leapfrog refuses to take responsibility, have not even apologized and Regional Manager has an attitude as if she is doing us a favour by even responding to queries, when we were directed to speak to her by the agent in the first place. We have been forced to take legal action against the tenants by ourselves, no assistance from Leapfrog. Won't ever use them again.
