So far so good. We are still learning the full capability of the system but already it has made keeping track of stock one hundred times easier. Their technicians are also exceptionally good, both in person and remote/online support. Special mention to Sam Govender from their Durban branches whose knowledge of the system and troubleshooting capabilities are outstanding. I am sure once we learn the system fully it will reduce our workload. I would recommend Digitot to any business requiring more control over their stock or to just have a general idea of the business.
