I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else! The staff are so helpful and friendly. You can really tell that they are passionate about animals. My pets even enjoy going there! The vet is amazing and always explains what she is doing in great detail. She gives advice on training, general care, etc. The clinic also sells a variety of toys and pet food.

Marie is simply the best vet, especially if your pets are part of your family and you only want thr best for them. She treats them with the utmost compassion and love. To her they are not merely animals but members of a family. I won't trust anyone else with our fur babies as I trust her.

10 out of 5 starts. Dr Potgieter is the most amazingly caring vet I've met. She has your fut babies best interest at heart. She's not out to just make money by doing unnecessary procedures. My collie loves going to the vet cos she is well loved and taken care of. Also dr spent the entire hour with us and not just rushed through. Explained so much to us.

This is a wonderful veterinarian. She dearly loves every animal she treats and aftercare is exemplary. I am always relieved to know that our pets are in good and loving hands when they visit. Support staff are just as friendly and caring. Fees are very reasonable.

The BEST experience I have EVER had with a vet in my whole life of having pets. She clearly cares for each patient and I LOVE how she sprayed her hands with CalmEeze and massaged my kitty throught the consult. Her demeanor is calming and reassuring which is great for pet parent and patient. She is the poster woman for what a vet should be.

The best experience I have ever had with a vet, and I have dealt with more than my fair share of vets!The support staff (Lauren especially) are exceptional! Not to mention that Doc is the most caring and compassionate human I have met in a very long time. She is truly passionate about her patients, as well as their humans!Your beloved pets are in tremendous hands at Pronkberg. I certainly wont be taking my babies anywhere else!If I could give 100 stars I would.
