Hermanus Tidal Pool
This has become a daily swim for me. Water is nice and brisk and the area is always kept clean by staff on duty. Fresh water showers also available to rinse off afterwards. Just be weary of the sea urchins...

Close to town, this rocky tidal pool gives you views over the whales and dolphins and we even found a beautiful starfish. Water in March measured at 13°C

Wear reef shoes, loads of urchins. Water is cold but great to swim in. Great pool. Take goggles. It's teaming with life.

Excellent place to visit.Clean public bathroom, great maintained.Lots of wildlife.Free entry to pool.There are two benches to enjoy the view.Recommended.

The water was clear and clean. It had toilet facilities too. It didn't appear too deep and had a few children swimming. The water is a little cold though.
