Bad service! I will not use them again! Shock cover in the boot of my car dissapeared while in their care. Took nearly 3 months for them to sort out after speaking to the Dealer Principal 3 times as we could not come right with the service staff. I cannot recommend!

What a harrowing experience at Renault Service. Waited 7 hours for my car to get a small service. There was no customer service. I had to wait for my car, because I am from out of town. There was nowhere to buy coffee or something to eat. I was there from 7:15am to 14;30. Then I still had to drive 4 hours back home. I told them this from the start, but it didn't seem to matter to them. Apparently they waited for filters and then they had lunch. Will never ever go back! No feedback was given about why they took so long. It was just unacceptable.

No longer have suttle services when dropping car for service, no longer have vallet service on the car, waited long for vehicle to be handed over due to job card and paperwork not being ready when i uplifted my vehicle. Worst customer service ive received in the 10 years ive dealt with kia.

Phoned yesterday at 15:00 to make a service booking, was tranferres 3 times after holding about 3mins. I then submitted a ticked on the web for someone to call me back..no call received yet. The service might be different in branch,but from an outside perspective,poor customer service.

Useless, way over priced. Rather go to Korean Parts in Voortrekker rd Parow. 3rd of the price for the exact same original part

Extremely poor service! My vehicle was with them for 5 days. Each day I had to follow up with them. Not once did they inform me of anything. They are also insanely expensive! Double the price compared to other places.

A problem was diagnosed on my vehicle. It took a very long time for me to get through to them for a quote. After I received quote, I paid for parts upfront. Car went in for 4 days. Came back with same problem; minus aircon gas.

I'll never ever have my Kia Sportage serviced at this kia stikland very non selon with their customers. I had my car serviced their I had to go back twice because their die not do the work that was instructed to. They did not adjust my rear wheels toe in. And the worse was that they forgot to replace my underengine cover. Now u try to win a case like that by them. Wat they saying their was No cover. Never ever I'll take my vehicle their fir a sevice.

Car not properly cleaned, once again. Last year the mechanic messed oil on my front seat, KIA service centre did nothing about it. Dissatisfied with the service I received from washbay/mechanic.I receive good service from the lady Charlie. Thank you!
