It’s a good gym very modern equipment and caters for mostly all types of gym types, Weights, CrossFit, Boxing, Power-lifting, Circuit training. The Spinning studio is very good with a screen showing guided training, I’m personally not fan of the make of spinning bike I prefer ICG or Wattbikes where I can monitor/record my training.

Hand-down the best gym in town. Love the fact that they don't do Vitality discounts. Everyone there is serious about fitness, not just hanging around to get a free smoothie or points like at other gyms.

Staff are helpful, friendly and informed, service is professional, gym is clean and equipment is well maintained. If it was closer to where I lived I'd join there and drop Virgin Active in a second!
