Purchasing my very first property was meant to be a great experience but has turned into a dissapointing one. Questions not answered by the attorney, letter for occupational rent sent late, signed documentation 5 days before getting my keys & exorbitant occupational rental. Emails do not get any response & they threaten to revoke documentation if all the exorbitant fees are not paid up.. Definately would not reccomend this firm...

If only this could be submitted with a zero star rating. The worst experience still ongoing with the purchase of my property. Delayed email responses, unless they are sending an invoice. Very little support with disputes with developer. Would NOT recommend.
