Too expensive

Do not buy from their store. Something very dodgey going on. We bought a iPhone 6S in November and in March, the phone was on Snapchat and just shut down. We plugged it in charge and it never came back alive. This was a software crash. The phone was never dropped. When we took it to the store, it took 2 weeks to hear anything and then they insisted we had dropped it. Although it's definitely a software and not a hardware issue. We then took it to iPhone where they refused to work on it as it had now been tampered with. So we took it back to the guys, a different guy looked at it and two days later ... Still no luck. The worker accused us of dropping it, that we must calm down & that we must get iPhone to look at it and give us a quote but not let the technicians get there hands on it. Only they will work on it - sound fishy. As well I think they are just opening and looking at it in their back room. The iPhone store said it was bought in America and is still 170 days under warranty. We phoned the owner, Amir, and he said he can't do anything and will look for the parts. He said it was our fault for plugging it in to charge and if we hadn't they would have just repaired the battery. The motherboard had crashed, they even told us this and we emphasised this to them. They are running us around in circles and I think it's partly because we are woman. They keep blaming us for breaking it when they are selling poor software as a steep price. They have no made any effort to give us a discount or help. Please don't support this business as we have the right to quality products - especially for R10 500.
