Horrible service, no one picks up when you call or the phone takes you straight to voicemail. The driver doesnt call when they at the gate and returns with your product.

Very rude and unprofessional,dealt with Moses the driver,second time around I had a problem with fedex,concerning delivery.They dont want to call when outside,You are supposed to smell that they are outside,or when You get a message in the morning that they will deliver today you are supposed to stay outside until they arrive.So today Moses sent an sms when he is outside,doeant make sense at all,after a while he decides to call,before I could answer he drops the phone,I call him back immediately he rudely tells me he sent an sms while he was outside and now he left and he had to go buy airtime to call me...You are the only delivery service I struggle with concerning deliveries and I deal with a lot of companies Yuuh

Absolutely appalling service! Driver by the name of Kenneth is exceptionally rude and unprofessional towards clients!!! Doesn't even give more than a 2 minutes heads-up!!! Really really not impressed!!
