The worst store of the group! The staff are extremely rude and unfriendly. The food was disgusting and half cooked. It baffles the mind that they are still open. I will never support them again.

Bought the fish and chips at around 19:00. The staff was so ready to leave that they gave me undercooked fries. Also, the establishment has reduced their quantities. My fiance and I could eat the number 5, but as you can see, the food is only fit for one. That being said, do buy at your own risk.

There food is mediocre at best. Fish tasted like calamari. Way to chewy, way overcooked. Seems that with all the bad reviews, there is no need improvement. They seem to be happy with being mediocre.

What a disgrace.The staff are the rudest, most unhelpful people, ever. The portions are disgusting and tiny, order cheese grillers and you get normal Russians. The chips... Wow so disappointing. If I wanted oil, I would've bought a bottle and drank it. Never again, thank you.
