The massage was pure heaven ....but the room was sooooo hot it was a struggle to lie there face down for an hour! Definitely going again and really hoping the room is cooler. The small fan in the corner on the floor did very little to cool the room unfortunately.

Lyndal who does my microbladding, past 6 yrs, is very skilled and thorough and she's highly qualified, having worked previously in the film industry as a make up artist. Explains well, is caring and makes you feel at home.

I had the pleasure of being treated to an absolutely devine pedicure with Rejoyce, she's so lovely and I recommend her services to everyone. Thank you for the laughs Rejoyce, was a wonderful experience

Kate is the most unprofessional therapist I have come across. She was happy to book my appointment and was open until she learned that I had a voucher. She then said she's closed and needs to rest. She made up all sorts of lies which ended up showing that she was in fact lying. Then she said she'd help next week. She then said I must get a refund for my voucher. When I asked her if as a customer I'm less important because I have a voucher, she sent me a message saying I must go somewhere else and blocked me. Absolutely unprofessional and poor customer service. Her massage prices are also not cheap and one can go to a professional spa and get professional massages. Shocking behavior and appalling customer service.

This spa caters for pamper parties . Manicures pedicures. Massage. Stunning setting and very clean and professional. Prices are very reasonable. I can definitely recommend.

Booked a voucher for a massage on Hyperli and it has been hell trying to get an appointment. Communication is extremely unprofessional, seems like there is only one person working at this spa. Asked for an appointment and they told me they could help me that day, when I said I had a voucher suddenly they could no longer assist me, the next time I asked for an appointment I was forwarded a message from the massage therapists daughters school about how the daughter is sick. Third time asking for an appointment I was told she isn’t working that day. My advice is: do not buy a Hyperli voucher.
