You can pay Parking tickets here. Good signage throughout the courthouse shows you to the different legal departments. Strict security upon entry. Friendly guards. Interior of the building is a bit tired and needs upgrading. There are a LOT of stairs, but there are also lifts. Wheelchair entrance.This is a very busy government building. Expect a wait. If you're going, rather take leave as you may be there for a very long time. Call in beforehand to make sure you have brought the correct documents to avoid frustration.TIP: Come early as parking is a problem and be aware of your surroundings at all times outside the building to avoid being a victim of petty crime.If you want your car washed, going down the road on the left of the entrance there is an organised group of people washing cars for a small fee.

No parking and idiots that don't know how to park is not helping. You get send up and down without being assisted. Not impressed

I work here. This place used to be beautiful i guess, inside this building there's a smell of urine. I was very disrurbed when i saw a man on wheelchair struggling to go to the basement coz inside the buiilding does not suit people with wheelchairs or disabilities

Ever tried phoning the Magistrates Court in East London? Don't bother, because they NEVER answer their phones. Tried phoning 10 times in a row from 3pm onwards and no one even bothers to answer.

None of the phone lines work are answered or manned.Please furnish with correct contact details where there are actual staff in service

Everyone's nightmare; a ticket requiring a court appearance. Signage for Court E not very clear, and there is nothing to tell first-time people what to do (eg, ticket should be handed to court official), but magistrate was very fair and fine substantially reduced.

Very poor service you will call forever no one is picking up.

They do not answer their phones useless!!!

Number always busy can't through to different offices because main line is always busy or no one pick ups

They are busy with their personal things than attending people .service is very poor
