Awesome environment to better yourself. The coach(buzz) is extremely, helpful, motivating and friendly. Every day seems to pose a new challenge which is hard, however leaves a hunger to come back and push harder. There is a sense of community in the box that I have never felt in any other gym before, everybody wants everybody else to become the best version of themself. Such an awesome and positive environment.
