My wife and I visit this enviroment quite often. There is nothing wrong with the food from either Debonair's, Steers or Something Fishy. I only have one question....why do you indicate the price on the menu as e.g. R81.90 and it is actually R82.00. The reason I am asking is that, for many times people pay with cash, but never receive the 10 cents as part of the change.Not that a 10 cents will make you poorer, certainly not in my case; but if you do that with 1 000s of clients, it might make a difference.

Super fast delivery! Unfortunately pizzas were slightly undercooked and had a floury-taste. Would buy again from them but hope for pizzas to be cooked perfectly.

This is the worst Debonairs out of all the branches I've ever tried. I ordered 4 pizzas, only three arrives for delivery. One of the three pizzas that did arrive was not even one that we ordered. The pizzas also had so few topings on that you can barely compare it to a similar one at any other branch. Do not support this store.

I placed an order via the Debonairs App at 17:02. A driver called to confirm my address at 17:22.It is now 18:30, and still no pizza. The scary thing is that my app has been saying received for the last 35 minutes.I have talked to 2 different call centre agents at 17:48 and 18:05. Both assured me that I will get feedback from the restaurant regarding the driver status, and I received 1 call back at 18:27 stating that the restaurant will call me regarding the status of my delivery.I live 3,3 KM from the store.This is really unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend ordering at this restaurant.

The pizzas are great but tonight was the third time they've messed up an order in under a year. We order via the app and the receipt shows the correct information so there was no miscommunication. Tonight they both forgot a pizza and ignored the requested to remove the bell peppers from one of the pizzas...

We had 3 large pizzas from this branch tonight and something went seriously wrong! All the pizzas had WAY too much tomato paste and an excess of sweet chilli sauce on the sweet chilli chicken pizza. We are used to uneven slices, but tonight’s pizzas were worse than ever and the cuts weren’t all the way through. The base was also hard and thin. Altogether a regrettable purchase.

So unhappy! Ordered pizza at 18:55 and after waiting an hour, phoned and was told the pizza is on it's way. 20:24 still no pizza. This is unacceptable. I would prefer giving a zero rating. I've just paid for a service and product that I never received. Disgusting service. Really NOT happy. Will never spend money at Debonairs again. They seem to misunderstand the concept of giving a product in exchange for money.

Standard Debonairs franchise. Situated inside the Jean Avenue shopping mall. Plenty of parking space available. Easy access from the main road.

REALLY BAD service. We waited for 45 minutes, asked to check whether our order was ready 3 times and then got a COLD PIZZA.The vibe was horrible - staff fighting with each other and manager fighting with them infront of the clients.
