I have been using Anelda for 10 years on my nails and have NEVER had a bad experience with her workmanship or the workmanship of her other staff members.I have even referred family members and friends to this salon and they have been extremely happy with their final product.I guess you just can't please everyone and everyone is entitled to their opinions, however if the staff make a mistake they always offer to rectify it. Which is very professional compared to other salons out there, who would not offer to rectify it and would also make you pay full price for it too.

The staff was extremely friendly, I have to give them that. I spent 3 HOURS for a set of nails, which turned out terrible. Gel was cured over my cuttlicles and unevenly over some part. Parts of my nail wasn't fully covered with the colour and a hair was cured into one nail. This not at all what I expected from a biosculpture certified salon.
