Kelbrick's Roof Trusses

Beware of Kelbick! Poor workmanship and non existent client service. After paying them in full and begging them almost daily for 6 weeks to complete and correct their sloppy work, we finally gave up and got another contractor at our expense.

The most dishonest company I have dealt with in a while. They hide behind an alleged term in their contract that they cannot take responsibility for their contractor’s installation. I spent over R1.2million with them with my developments and they wouldn’t honour a R20k payment that I had to pay another contractor to fix the leaks on my roof. Simply because their contractor was unwilling and or unable to resolve. Completely disgusting attitude towards their customers. Potential customers please beware if you thinking of dealing with this unethical company. Their installers have no idea how to install a roof and when the roof leaks then they hide behind their fine print!!

This review is based on a call to Kellbrick's office.Their team arrived for a second day to put up the tiles. We are talking about a roof of 60 sqm. Nothing major compared to the 400 sqm they did in a day.I phoned their office after the team leader asked me for cement. I thought, wow, after paying for a roof that they could just send a bag of cement with their team to finish the roof that we paid for.I phoned the office to enquire whether this is the case, as I was not aware of the fact that we should supply cement. The lady at the office that answered the phone was extremely rude and said that I should be ware that we should supply the sand and cement. After trying to explain to her that I was not aware of this she got even worse. Saying that they send the best teams etc etc. So...... best teams...... I don't think so. This is not what I expected to find after I just wanted to enquire whether we should supply cement or not and if their team should be taking this long with such a small roof.Three of the four team members had a long lunch (late afternoon) while one team member tiled the roof. Even our employees said to me that they have never this.

I'm highly satisfied by Masilela Construction under KELBRICK'S for my roofing...they did a good job...big ups
