I booked my car to have oil leak repaired and on the day delivered it at 08h00.the owner told me that they would sort it out no worries. I had driven to Klerksdorp from Hartbeesfontein and waited at friends.At 13h00 i phoned to enquire on progress and was told the mechanics are on lunch break. They will phone me back.At 14h00 i phoned again and was told they are too busy and had not started yet. I asked why they did not let me know and that i needed my car to get back home the owner the stated shouting at me to come get my car. I asked them to bring it to me and on delivery he refused to talk to me while his back up driver told me i am a fokken poes.I was shocked talk about treating your customers with respect!?.

They don't always provide transport for when you take your car in for a service.
