Nest Seekers

We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this agency as a rental agent. We recently purchased a home with tenants occupying, after the home registration went through in our name the addendum had to be changed for us to receive the rental payment. An agreement in writing was set up with the renters and written and verbal communications were sent to Nest Seekers to create the new rental agreement. A serious delay on their side allowed the tenants to pull out of the agreement last minute leaving us in the dust with a bond. This company is negligent and clearly has a disregard for any responsibility in failing to do their job. Pretty disappointing experience and would not recommend this company. Unfortunately finger pointing instead of dealing with an issue is not the way to do business.
