Best Doctor ever...kind, friendly.... He's been my doctor since grade 8❤....

Hi to everyone, today I went to this doctor and he gave me -10 poor service, I have never ever experienced such bad doctors behavior while examining a patient.I was waiting at the waiting room then it was my turn I was called and I was asked to seat on that chai, the stuff nurse checked me and took the X ray of my tooth as I showed her the problematic one, then she called the doctor, he came, with a phone on his hand calling some company that sells gloves,He places that big telkom wireless phone on top of his examining tools as dirty as it is and he dialed it, while waiting for the phone to be picked up he started checking me , with the instrument he picked under that wireless phone , I kept quiet, while he was checking me they answer the phone he left me alone like that and continued with his call for about 15min, then they made him to wait while they transferring him to another person then he came back did what he did already to me , they answer the call he left me again for about 15min , then I started complaining to him asking his why he cant let the admin people deal with admin work and do his job too,The answer I got from him was he needs the gloves and they have the last set of gloves if I cant be patient I can leave, I was like wow just like that , that doctor we black people are giving him business it not the Indians or whites but it us , so he cant take advantage of us showing that what he need from us it our money and dont care about us.And he showed no problem or what so ever , like nothing wrong he has done. I'm so disappointed, only the nurse that approached me and apologized about what the doctor did, but the doctor No.

Ah that doctor is life!. He made my visit yesterday comfortable and smooth, i'm very terrified of dentists and when i put the idea of pain and fear on my mind there's absolutely no calming me down, but this dentist managed ,hey i think he should be psychologist too because he knows how to make people feel better about seeing a dentist.
