Lost my work assess card a while back at Woolworths and the manager found it, he called me (great customer service from him)I collected my card on Saturday the 14th of April 2018. Was assisted by a very rude lady, her name is Sibongile, not sure if she was the manager on duty or what. Didn’t get her last name. Fast forward - she called someone to bring the card and I asked her if she could kindly tell the person bringing the card to make it snappy as I am rushing to a meeting and I have been waiting for over 5 minutes. Her response was: sorry

What can I say - it's Woolworths! Always clean, always fresh produce, always a good experience no matter which branch you shop at. It is South Africa's best grocery store by far not just because of the quality and freshness but also the consistency. You always know what you are going to get and they always deliver.
