Defy Authorised Service Centre

Don't use these guys. It's a phone friend company. I told them what my problem was and wanted an accredited company to perform the repairs. What a joke. 2 hours spent on a phone and not repaired but I'm expected to pay the callout fee and time on site. Sorry but this company is useless.

Could not help me no spares for old models

In 2022, in, December Defy Technician came to my house to fix my stove. The job number was/is 1720154. He partially fixed the stove, as only 3 of the four plates were working. Shortly after that, two more plates stopped working. When he left my house, he promised to be there the next day, which didn't happen. Following numerous calls and emails, up to this day, my stove is yet to be fully fixed. Do you know how frustrating it is to have a stove with only one plate working? Your motto is: You can rely on Defy. I wish the same were true for me. What you have achieved thus far is frustrating me and making empty promises. Can you do me this favour? Get your stove so I can get a new one from a reliable company that won't throw me from pillar to post when I need assistance. I am done with your zero-care attitude.

Bad service. Ordered a timer switch 3weeks ago and still waiting

This electrical stove is newly installed and there was a massive explosion in the stove from the overhead light and fan extractor during cooking which tripped off the electricity.The defy distributor was very rude refused to assist or even listen to hear the fault and threw me out of his shop.What a disgrace and bad representative of defy company. What a bad thing to do sell a defective product and refuse to take responsibility for it and their warranty is fake they insist you must pay for repair plus call out fee of R630 and also pay for the part what a robbery.Buyers beware.

It's been 2 years now I'm still waiting for a part they ordered for my washing machine. They are not helpful at all. They don't deserve not a single star. Defy Bowls Rd East London. They didn't help me at all I so not have a washing machine now
