Reptile City : Pet Supplies, Accessories and Products Online

I placed an order over a month ago and have tried to email this business with no success. Looks like I won't get my goods and I doubt a refund will happen either...My crested gecko is running out of food and have had to make other plans.Edit: After my above complaint the order was delivered and have improved my rating.

Reptile city was amazingly helpful and super fast delivery service... Will definitely be buying all my reptile needs from there store. Thanks to Ryno, really appreciate the assist

Would give them zero starts. Waited 3 weeks for 3 x bottles of mite spray for our snakes and a heating pad. Both I need desperately, as we are in the middle of winter and our snakes were covered in mites.None the less 3 weeks later we got 1 bottle of tick and flea control for dogs and 2 bottles of indoor insecticide. Oh we did get the correct heating pad. Luckily i found mite spray just after I ordered from Reptile City"The snakes would have been $%^&%$ waiting for Reptile city!"

Reptile City has made some changes on service & delivery! I previously had bad experiences BUT I have had great experiences with them recently. They quick to respond to orders and they are quick to get their stock out to you. TRY them!! Something has definitely changed!!

Great service received from these guys.. My order was shipped to me very quickly even with lockdown factors in the air. Waiting for one package that couldn't be sent due to lockdown, but all in all really amazing experience

I ordered a couple things from these guys on 3 February I have emailed them twice and sent 2 messages I haven’t received a confirmation or anything from them don’t waste your money here

Should be zero stars but does not accept. Absolutely shocking service. They came back after 10 days and said items are not in stock. Then came back and said they don't import item anymore. They requested banking details which was sent 3 times by myself. They thanked me and then 2 weeks later requested my banking details again. More than a month later and still not received refund.

Received great service from Reptile city to help me choose the right lighting and heating options for my reptile enclosure. Also had the products in stock and had them within a day!

My experience with Reptile City was incredible.I might have been their most difficult customer, but they handled me with finesse, and still gave me the best service they could.When I used the online shop I accidently added the items double, and paid, without realizing my mistake.When I contacted Reptile City through email, they responded almost immediately, and assisted me with my problem.Then I wanted to get a different thermostat, and they helped me with that as well.Being Autumn, we have very cold mornings, average temps during the day, and then very cold evenings. Thus me getting a thermostat was quite urgent, otherwise my pet would've died.Luckily, Reptile City get this, and made extra effort to ship my package to me as quickly as possible.I see some people in the reviews complain about their physical location (one guy even complained about the showers?? But probably got the wrong place), but to me, as an online shop, they totally rocked!Thank you so much Reptile City for the excellent service you guys provided to me.

Edit. The systems was down wen i made my purchase when they were back online they message me to leet me now the problem and they have great service I will use them again and recommend them.
