We never get all the items we order and pay for. 2 burgers missing. After asking for sauces for 2* XXL chips we received 4 BBQ and 2 Salts - about a third of what is required for the amount of fries. After complaining I’ve been promised a driver will deliver outstanding items. Let’s see but long and short of it is this is the last straw and we will never return to a steers again. Food was ice cold after hubby collected within 15mins.

The atmosphere was great because we ate at home lol. The store isn't bad, now that they've moved to the main road. Burgers though.. Not consistent - chicken was warm.. Beef was ice cold. Fries were beautiful, warm and cheesy (for once, usually you can't really see the cheese). My thoughts are that usually it's busy busy on a Wacky Wednesday and the kitchen staff decided to make things in advanced.. Hence the ice cold food. Not impressed.. Was value for money because it was good.. Now, not sure if I'd go back. Don't like having to warm food myself. We've been having it a few weeks in a row because of loadshedding but every week something is wrong.. Since two weeks ago the burgers are cold.. Just a complete turn off..

Visited the shop on Friday 26 May 23 counted 10 people in the kitchen at 1 time to which I have another customer who witnessed this having hearty loud chats with lots of laughter one can imagine how much spit splatter went flying over my meals being prepared. How I wish they can make the wearing of masks compulsory in these fast food kitchens if that's the manner in which one's food is going to be prepared. One does not mind the lively vibe but do it in the right places not over my food thank you.

Just okay and to be honest, not worth spending money on unless you have limited options available. The burgers are just not the same as they were years ago, almost have a cardboard type texture (don't know how else to describe it). The chips which were always crispy with great seasoning was soggy and bland. I won't be back anytime soon!

The food is fine. The shop is neat, management seem to be keeping a hand on things... Just no parking and you are going to be waiting for your food. My advice is to just head to the checkers across the street and grab a burger there, half the price, just as average

This particular Steers has the most friendliest ever.. The young lady taking our order made me feel like we know each other for a Long time. A friendlier people's person I've yet to meet.

This Steers looks Amazing. They’re Upgraded and they moved it close to Ocean Basket. Food is Hot and Fresh and Milkshakes are Delicious. Love this Steers and We’ll go there again.

Service was beyond slow, I bought x3 wacky Wednesday for my family for supper , they know how it goes on a Wednesday yet they work on there own time1 of my beef patties was half raw they were all over the show not working fast enough to get orders out...they say 5 to 8min but I was there for almost a half an hour I went forward twice to ask how long order will take and only 10min after that it came.
