Echo Kitchens

The Experience I had with Echo Kitchens from Start to finish was amazing. The professional way in which they received my brief for the kitchen, gave advise and then returned a comprehensive quote was fantastic. Their project team were great during installation - it was no small job and they handled it with care and total professionalism. From what my Kitchen was, to what it was transformed into was incredible. No job was to big or small, and they even assisted with duties that were not their responsibility - I am over the moon - I would defintely use Echo Kitchen again and recommend them in a heart beat.

My Flat-mate whom I currently live with, recently had a very bad experience when he tried to recieve a Quotation from Echo Kitchens, he physically went to them and gave them all the necessary information, regarding a specific Countertop that they needed to give him a Quotation, it took Echo Kitchens five working days to tell him that they would only be able to help him on the following Monday, Monday came and they simply told him that their supplier (Topworks) don't have the stock that he was looking for. We phoned Topworks, and they said that they would be able to help my Flat-mate within 3 working days, meaning that not only did Echo Kitchens not get back to him with a Quotation, but they also lied about the supplier not having stock. This is pathetic and unprofessional, especially regarding the difficult times we are currently living in with so many Businesses having to close their doors.Echo Kitchens, you may as well close your doors and give the space to a Business that actually want to assist their customers.

Recently used them to design & install additional cupboards in our kitchen and garage. Echo Kitchens was well priced when compared to competitors and their quality of work is exceptional. The cupboards are well built and sturdy and very neatly finished off. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking at doing cupboards in their home. We would certainly use them again.

They do not follow up after one contacts them asking for a quote.
