I have been searching for a particular phone, all of yesterday and today. I phoned them, they actually picked up! The said they had the phone in question and at a lower price....I went to buy the phone, signed, paid, left. Thanks for the efficient service Tino. Liked the fact that you can smell the freshly baked beads at the bakeries next door!

THEY REALLY ARE THE WORST! I went through to make a Company application to add sims, phones and other Vodacom services to an already existing contract today 30 October. They claimed our Company documents were FAKE, My Director's ID was FAKE, the letter authorizing me to act on behalf of the company was also FAKE. I offered that our Director comes in and verify or they check in their system. They instead confisticated the Documents and called mall security on me. 3 armed guards escorted me and DETAINED me for 30 minutes. When my boss came through, they wouldnt even apologize or anything. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, sad I cant give negative star rating but I would if i could

This is to report the appalling service I received from the staff at Vodacom 4U in Sandton.My husband on the 27th of Jan paid an outstanding amount of 10 000 which was in arrears for our cell phone contracts and was assisted by Tino who is a consultant at the store. As reference my husband used our cell phone number for them to capture the payment and was told that all was in order however as days went by, we realised that our statement still remained in arrears and phoned the store to query why the payment had not been allocated to the account. We were assisted by Leah who explained that Tino had captured the payment in to the wrong account which happens to be a business account and advised that I personally bring the proof of payment to the store.What is of utmost shock is that we do not even have a business account registered with Vodacom which begs the question as to how such an error was made to begin with. I went back to the store and as if the payment error they made was not bad enough the service I received from the staff takes the cup.Upon arrival I was attended to by Leah, Tino and Jody who is the store manager. With the proof of payment in hand Tino stated that he had captured the payment into our account which was in fact a lie since my husband specifically gave him a cell phone number to use as reference.I went to the store with an open mind and understanding that human error can happen anywhere however the treatment I received was so disgusting and made me realise that the error was made simply because the staff is incompetent and seem to have no knowledge of how to do their work including the manager who could not even offer solutions to the mistake made by Tino.The only solution they could offer was to request that I ask my husband to come back to the store since he is the one that made the payment which did not make sense since there was nothing different that he could have told them which the proof of payment did not already substantiate.I was so disappointed at the manner in which the whole matter was handled especially with a manager being involved and left the store with the issue still pending. I am hoping that by writing this review someone in the department will look into it with the same passion that is always shown when accounts are outstanding and require payment. All I need is to have my account updated if that is not asking for too much

Applied for a sim data, but the data was not activated, I remember upon completion of the application I was told to follow up with on a certain day if data doesn't reflect on y account, for me that already spoke volumes as to why must I call to remind you" who is te customer here? . I kept calling & one consultant told me to call them after 10 min to whichy response was "can I give you my number instead so you can call me back when you're done? “his response was" I don't have a pen with me to take down your number."That's bomb number 1

My family and I had gone to upgrade 3 of our mobile phones at the Sandton branch and had received outstanding service from each of the staff members. Very pleasurable experience throughout the process. Big shout out to Muhammad Mazhar the branch manager for the personal service and Aiza for overlooking everything. Also big shout out to Sipho and the technical team for the great customer service!

The worst store ever...I bought my phone last year,and Pritchard Nyoni said it was insured...a year later I need to change my screen, only to find out it's not insured... they lied to me about my statement, the monthly fee, and that my insurance is there..but I was being debited the fee every month ..they claim its not vodacom..dont bother going to this vodacom..its a waste of time and money. Staff is incompetent and knows nothing

Very disappointed in the lack of service from the manager. My last conversation with him was that the item will be in the store on Wednesday - 2 weeks ago. I'm in the store, item not here. He says, he can't remember because he deals with a lot of customers!? He's now, blaming the representative for not getting back to him.The manager has passed the 'buck' to me saying I have to contact the representative/supplier!? I can't believe this!?

Went on Sunday afternoon for a contract, they made me wait 1 hour to be helped. Finally when they did help me, their system was down. They promised to phone me Monday morning early and said they will keep the deal aside for me and process it in the morning. On Monday no phone call or any communication. Their phone doesn't work so I went in on Monday afternoon quickly. They never even start processing it and only started then. They said they will call me when they are done, they called me for more documents which I sent and then when I called them to ask if it everything was fine, they told me that the deal is sold out and sold out on Friday already. Worst service ever, they dont deserve to be operating, vodacom should shut this shop down!!

Took out a new contract, Lear (a consultant-one of the most incompetent people in the multiverse that I have met) failed to provide me with my SIM card in store. Spoke to the manager about this and the response received was that he could not trust what the customers says, insinuating that I was at fault.I only rated one star as there was no option to have negative stars. Vodacom is a great network however “vodacom 4U” at Sandton city is completely hopeless.
