Sorbet generally is just wonderful because you know the level of service that you're going to get is very professional. But this particular branch is very friendly, and all of the staff are so welcoming. They really make you feel welcomed and at home. They also have a wonderful selection of nail polishes (gel or normal) so it's easy to choose something you're happy with.

Extremely disappointed!! I arrived 10 minutes late to an appointment set two week prior due to poring rain and a hail storm. I was told they gave away my appointment! I drove from far to make this appointment for me and my girls ( 3 pedicures). We were all looking forward to it and these people couldn't care less. They could have at least called me to inform me before giving away my appointment especially considering it was pouring outside. The place was empty except for two customers and had enough capacity to have helped us. We will never go back there again!

Had an excellent experience here! I was devastated after having my cuticles butchered and an overall bad manicure at another establishment and came to Sorbet to have them removed and replaced with a gel mani. Pretty, the nail tech at Sorbet, was super understanding, gentle and patient with me. Everyone involved gave me their full attention and did a great job. I'm so happy with my nails. I know I can always count on the ladies at Sorbet to be kind and professional.

What an amazing store with such helpful and friendly ladies. I was blown away at the service I received and how they went over and above to assist me. Will definitely come back. My new favourite Sorbet.

Sorbet is a chain of nail salons however that being said. For the Rivonia village branch though , I speak from experience when say that I have always had a positive experience with service and customer care. (Pricing could be seen as slightly above average though haha)Usually do the hands and feet when I visit , can honestly I never been disappointed.I also book every treatment a month in advance as I leave the current treatment hence never worry about bookings or availability as the shop can get quite busy.All in all , 5 star for service.

I had a voucher from Christmas so I booked a pedi with nail polish. Pedi fabulous. Had to go back the next day as the nail polish bubbled (too thick and old). Second nail polish appointment was fine. But the day after, the nail polish smudged on my big toes. Not sure about the quality and age of nail polish? Maybe because most people do gelish so it's old stock?
