So I went to Pep store today to collect my Paxi parcel, so the cashier told me to que with the rest of the people of which the q was very long. I asked why do I have to q when I’m only collecting my parcel and they told me If I don’t want I must leave. The worst service ever

I used to think that lines at pep moved slow because they had many customers. Turns out even when there are five people in the store you will wait forever whilst other tills are empty. Their parcel counter service sucks, you stand there till you start considering going to another store. Some of their products don't even have price tags all year round. I was very disappointed today when I went to the till I was told a different price from the one I saw inside the shop.
