hi on the 29th of December 2021 i reported my card lost of which they blocked and cancelled it same time , i have received a new one , now the problem is that old card was swiped while there were no funds on it and my account is on - R 1900.00 , to my surprise today i am receiving massages again of transactions from the same card , mind you the card was closed and blocked , i have a new one with me how can this still happen when the card was blocked that simple means you people do not have control over all this and you do not protect your customers , peoples moneys are not safe . i even have a case number , i have spoken to the fraud division this morning only to tell me that they will add those transactions to the existing ones but how is that going to help me and how can the transactions continue to go thru on an account that does not have money and i do not even have an over draft ? who is going to pay that money ? can you come back to me withing 24 hrs because i will go to social media with this , i want that account totally closed and all my money restored .now the account is running on minus R 3800.00 how far will this go ?? please do something asap.

an absolute inefficient process this bank has more so for a digital bank. very disappointed by your call agents who for 43 min transferred me from pillar to post jeezzzzzzz its annoying and frustrating. note y'all don't even deserve a single star at this moment- only to get my point across

Haven't had much luck with this lot. My issues was left unresolved because one cannot even get a hold of anyone to help you. You will either be put through to a robot that doesn't even respond or can assist or a consultant who is not even informed on your issue. What an incompetent system. I wouldn't recommend that anyone call here for assistance. one stands a better chance getting help going to a branch and dealing with an actual human.

Phoned to ask a simple question this morning, the person on the other line was so unfriendly and rude, i was still busy asking a question and the line got dropped in my ear. Very rude and i’m really glad i moved to another bank because if they keep this up they are going to lose far more customers, very dissapointed in their service as i was a client for many years. Quick tip: if you are not a people’s person do not apply for a job requiring you to communicate with clients or potential clients!

People, don't even bother yourselves. They send you from pillar to post, wasting minutes, I might add, just to send you to the original department you started off with. Sarah from Finance, shame on you for not even trying to do your job.

The FNB contact center runs massive generators at the bottom of their property in such a way that the neighbourhood is unprotected from the unimaginably loud hammering sound penetrating across the valley (into peoples homes disturbing them unlike “normal” quieter generators this is like a super factory or city generator).The kicker as well as noise disturbance, the air is polluted with exhaust fumes carrying as far as 400 meters away affecting people breathing and their lungs while they sleep. The highly populated neighbourhood isn’t aware of the long term affects and sickness that the exhaust fumes can or is causing for example cancer.
