Helpfull! Sorry but my experiance is very bad. The technitian dammage my laptop and try to fix it, instead of getting the parts, as he said he will do, he used superglue and now I am stuck with a dammaged laptop.

I handed a media box in for testing and repair. Seeing that I bought this from them 2 years ago. One would believe they can send this to agent for a repair.I had to wait more than two months after calling them I was told they need the purchase slip. Could have toldMe from the start. Pathetic service

Bought my laptop there and when it wouldn't switch on again after I had put it to sleep I took it back and one of the employees opened it up and physically reset it and disabled a lot of things by which I could be traced on internet. I am very grateful to him for doing this as I don't know very much about internet security. The level of service I got was excellent.
