I think i was the one person with the biggest ever fear of any dentist..Thanks to Dr Van Rooyen & his amazing assistant i can proudly say i enjoy my visits to the dentist now lately...Altho i still wont go to any other dentist ;-p

Doesn't care about patients and won't provide x-rays that were paid for! Phoned them 4 times to get a quote after a checkup and they simply didn't get back to me. Service really sucks!

I have to commend Dr Tayla Malherbe for being super awesome. She explains everything she is going to do at that session. She is friendly, caring and supportive. I will recommend her any day. Well done Doc. Keep up the good work.

I thank your all for sharing your reviews, some companies think they can mistreat people just because others cannot see, I was looking for a dentist, for every service that I require I always read reviews and encourage others to do as such..And to prove arrogance, they don’t even have a response to the individual comments.. you have become to comfortable. therefore perhaps time you close shopTherefore I will NOT Be calling on your services.

I will not recommend this dentist. Worst experience.Lack of empathy. I went for two root canals and dentist never mentioned anything about aftercare, got a bad infection and in severe pain that weekend. I tried to call their office but no answer- left several messages- no response. No emergency contact number.As result I was forced to see emergency dentist that weekend which was an additional cost of R1500, never mind that cost of R6000 for two root canals.After all the messages, no one called me back that Tuesday morning. I called them, all dentist said no apologetically that she will write an additional script for antibiotics that other dentist already prescribed. I went for checkup the next day, all she said was that it is infection and that it might be a crack but she can’t tell because it’s 2d scan and they can’t see that! My question why is their crack? She doesn’t explain anything!! Before, during and after work.I also requested my digital X-rays which they completed ignored and all they keep sending me is the remainder of the amount owed that discovery never covered.Worse experience ever!!!!

Would prefer to give no star rating - below zero! Quoted me for a job based on 2 bridges, a 4 tooth and a 5 tooth. On this basis gave me a discount for cash of R21,000 - and then only did a 3 tooth and 4 tooth bridge and kept the money for the additional teeth - refusing to give a refund saying it was for the job" - however the job was less than quoted. Sure he overquoted on purpose already knowing the outcome and knowing he would not need to do extra work. STAY AWAY! Don't pay until the work is done to your satisfaction."

Iv been there a few times and service was excellent till I had to be attended by the owner of the practice who is extremely abrupt. And told us get out and find yourself another dentist". Because I queried why the root canal could not be done on the same day..luckily I went to another dentist that indicates that the two root canals were not necessary and it's just two small fillings that is required .I would not now recommend this dentist to anyone based on my experience..my personal opinion"

The treatment myself and my son received was actually very good. However when my medical aid did not pay my full bill, the receptionist phoned me and demanded that I settle the full bill immediately (excess of R8000). When I asked if I could pay it off, I was told no. The only way they would allow me to pay it off" is if I pay R4000 immediately and the rest at the end of the month."

Good dental clinic, always checks if you have find available in your medical aid before scheduling an appointment. Gives you a phonecall a day before your appointment so you don't forget

This is the baddest and racist dentist I have ever been I never knew whites still have it. but upfront they smile while opening the door to go back in they asking each other if I dont have pain he can just leave. They spoke so long and when after a period I say thank you they shocked and follow me out to then give help when I take a photo.im there 16:38 they close at 17:30 nobody to help but because I'm coloured and in overall .the I'll treatment and I've got a abscess this changes my whole mind set cause this not the first time I'm looked at like that.
