Wikkies Pompe

Was promised a quote on 15 May. I followed up and am still waiting. What saddens me, is that Wikkies was referred by our electrician who has been nothing short of amazing, so we were hoping for the same level of service.

I recently moved to a house with a pool. It was not looked after. Within 2 weeks the pool went from green too crystal clear with the help of Wikkies Pompe.

It's not often that I get to experience the type of service and good will that I would expect from myself if I were the customer. But it is because of Joseph; a man that didn't need to, yet took the time to check his books regarding our clients query. He kept his promise. Next day; Wikkies Pompe gained a new customer ready to do business. Thank you Joseph for going the extra mile and then some more!

I am one unhappy customer! Wikkies pompe sold me the wrong pump so my water pressure dropped significantly after the installation. I ended up selling the pump to a family member with much smaller house and asked Wikkies pompe for a more powerful pump, but they provided me with an inferior pump again, so I have learned to live with the really low water pressure.The pump's control box stopped working, so I contacted Wikkies pompe again in December 2020, hoping it would be under warranty. This was not covered under warranty and Wikkies pompe charged me for a new control unit. The new unit is not working however and it takes up to a minute or two to switch on when you open a tap. I asked for them to come back, but are still waiting for a response for almost a month.Wikkie's pompe sells inferior product and gives bad backup service in my opinion. Don't use them!

Phoned for a quotation. But got told that there is a call out fee of R 750 if I don't accept the quotation. The completely defeats the purpose of getting a quotation. No questions were asked as to ascertain what the problem is nothing. I know Wikkies does great work. But forcing a person to accept their quotation before they have even been at your premises is not a great way to inspire confidence and mutual trust.

Poor Service.. being ignored initially.. was looking for a black weir.. no Stock although website indicates many in stock.Would not recommend the store to anyone..Not even a sorry from the staff .. just says someone needs to update the online storeSTAY AWAY.. Rather Support Pool Warehouse in Lynnwood, better pricing in any case

Had a query regarding a pump. The sales person called a technician from the back who refused to speak english. The sales person tried to translate as best as he could. I was left waiting for further assistance which never happened. After 20 minutes of being ignored I left. Overall a complete waste of time.

Very helpful. Did more than I expected.
