Very bad service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! I was disappointed when they said the apartment I booked has a problem and I should cancel this morning. They also said I will get my refund immediately but I’m still waiting.

What a terrible place. My girlfriends dad owns a appartment, but anytime you want to visit, there is absolutely no parking. Who in their right mind designs a residence without parking for 1 guest per appartment?Now I know why no one wants to buy an apartment here.It's probably an alright hotel, but they won't get any more permanent residents here.(Edit) I wasnt talking about normal parking, but about parking for visitors. Sure everybody living here have a parking. But you cant get people over for a visit, because of a huge problem for parking.The people that stay in the hotel and live there have their own parkings. But for some reason always stop at reception where visitors is supposed to be parking.Another year, and security tells me they cant clamp permanent residents, because management gives them trouble. Not clamping them while parking on visitors parkings. Managment of this places really sucks at enforcing anything

Location is amazing and almost close to anything you might need, resturants around are amazing and I loved the rooftop bar as well.My studio was beautiful and so clean and very quiet and peaceful surroundings.Definitely homeAway from home, can’t wait to return.

Stayed at 201 & 311 owned by same person and the experience was beautiful. Rooms are clean and we loved the extra touch of flowers and little treats.409 on the other hand smelled of smoke and had a horrible experience overall for 409.Will definitely go back to owner of 201&311.

Location is perfect beautiful interior .....needs a more comfortable bed please

Absolutely disgusting!!!. Booked 2 rooms 2 weeks in advance only to arrive to book in to be told the rooms were no longer available. Couldn't get other rooms and said they couldn't help us. Now to try get our refund back.Never been so disgusted in their service and reception staff are very incompetent at their jobs.

The receptionist is very kind, polite and friendly.The common areas are breathtaking.The pool is cool, but could be better (wasn’t very clean).The apartment we had from Airbnb is just perfect and our host (Jerome) is a super host. His place is a jewel.
