Absolutely rude and arrogant. I left my bag on the 19.3 and returned to fetch it on 07.04. The man behind the counter rudely informed me it is not ready, almost a month later. When I requested he return my bag , he proceeded to close the shutter door while I was standing at the counter. Their service is awful and I would not recommend using them.

Completely destroyed three pairs of heels. Don't send your shoes there

Their service sucks. On Sunday morning 12 August at approximately 10:30 I requested to have a hole punched in my trousers belt. The gentleman behind the counter rudely informed me and my companion that this is not usually done on Sundays and I had to wait so that he finished serving a customer that came after me. He proceeded to serve this customer and completely ignored me. I felt deeply offended and left immediately. I did manage to get the hole punched in my belt at Multi serve in Hypermarket. It only took a minute to be done. Due to the shoddy treatment and unpleasant experience I had at Lock stock and barrel LA Lucia mall, I will not do any business with them ever again and will not recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Great place for keys and repairs to bags and shoes.
