I wanted to share the excellent experience we had with Riaan and his team. We were stuck along the road while on route to our holiday destination. As a pure blessing I contacted Falcon Auto for assistance. Riaan was prompt and efficient. He advised when he would come out and delivered. Not only did he come out to tow us but his first priority was to try to get us sorted along the side of the road. It was refreshing to deal with someone who clearly wanted to assist us and did not want to make a quick buck instead. Thank you for taking the extra time after working hours to complete the repairs. Thank you to your family for their sacrifice as well. The place is also so neat and accommodating. If I were any closer, I will continue to use your services.
