Nice place and very clean with beautiful garden and a lot of trees. And very nice food.

Not even sure how to put the dissapointment I had. I have never paid so much for such a dissapointing place. Photo's can deceive you. The yard is beautiful maybe that may be the only thing good there. Rating the place would be half a star. Ooh my goodness the bed was terrible. I cant talk about the towels, the floor, dishes, Maybe price adjsutement may be neede so you wont expect much

Would not recommend. We had the cabin room (no.10) which was cramped with a very uncomfortable double bed and single bed and a tiny bathroom area with a shower that almost flooded the place after use. A tea and coffee station with no milk. No wifi reached the cabin with no phone signal either. Loadshedding occurred with no warning and the generator did not work so we had to get ready for a wedding in the dark with no water. The only thing that was ok was the breakfast. First and last time that we will stay here.

Fantastic services! From the moment you enter the property, you are greeted and welcomed by staff. We are runners and were offered to use the grounds for training purposes. The food, aka braaivleis, was fantastic. Rooms were clean, no issues there. The only downside is the location (unfortunately) because we were surrounded by cars, a car depot I'm thinking. However, it is a stone throw away from Tala Private Game Reserve. It is safe, but there are no areas close by that one can walk to if you just feel like it.

Amazing little hidden gem. Everyone there is so accommodating and the staff are very special in how they take care of the guests. Comfortable and affordable place.

Worst accommodation I've ever paid so highly for. We booked three log cabins. Our cabin was not cleaned at all - grass, insects and spider webs everywhere as well as dirty bedding. The place was obviously not cleaned in a long time. The same with my brother's cabin - there was even dog hair in the shower. The third one smelt terribly damp. Very very basic amenities. No under cover parking so had to act fast during a hail storm. One braai stand far from the accommodation area. Very little lighting outside so can't go outside after dark. Housekeeping was very arrogant and insisted places were cleaned before we came.

Excellent service and great accomodation for the comrades downhill run.
