I went there today to buy a rib cheese burger and chips. The burger was horrible and salty. Chips were so hard when eating them, which was an indication that they weren’t properly fried . The customer service was not good at all. The ladies’ attitude was just horrible. I was assisted by Thabata (as indicated on the till slip) who also gave off a negative vibe. Please do better.

This five stars is for their ribs the portions are so huge and satisfying. The taste is out of this world. When I arrived in Pongola I was so happy with the portion of their ribs and how tasty they were. Steers Pongola made me fall in love with all steers meals. But when I order the same meals from other steers I get disappointed. Steers Pongola is the place to be and make sure you order ribs.

Beware what you order at this steers outlet! Ordered beef patty burgers and received burgers without patties! Will never order here! Rip off and very dissapointing!Happened on Tuesday 3 Jan 2023.. Stopped there on our way from Malongane and received a bun with tomato and no beef patty or anything else as ordered.. Very dissapointing experience..
