RAM Couriers

The driver was meant to pick up same day and stated that no one was at home even though we were waiting for him the whole day. Our next day delivery ended up taking longer than expected because of that. We received no apology after complaining and were told that no one was there to issue the parcel.

We called to make alternative arrangements. The lady was rude and unhelpful. Just for the vehicle to have broken down. Now we are leaving for a week with out the parcel we so desperately needed. I will never use them again.

Never collected parcelnon time. Stood in George for 3 days and after canceling they still send parcel after 4 days. Let's hope I get parcel back maybe one day.

Did not deliver the package inspite of the fact that I was waiting for them, door is open. No call to cell either. When I called to find out where my package was I was informed that they could not get a hold of me. I asked if I could go and pick up the package then, and I was informed I could not pick it up either.I could not log a complaint or get through to a manager, their staff puts the phone down in your ear when they don't feel like dealing with you.Terrible company, won't be using them again.

terrible service.. come friday missed their call. 5 min later called them 7 calls later and voise call.. no response.. Monday dropped off parcel never again

Terrible service! It is past 9 pm and I am still waiting for RAM couriers to collect my company's parcels. The parcels were booked yesterday already. I contacted RAM couriers this morning and they assured me collection will take place. I contacted RAM couriers again just before 5 pm, and customer service assured me the parcels will be collected today still as a driver has been assigned. I am beyond frustrated. Problem is the parcels are course materials. Once booked, we email the tracking numbers to our students. When there is no activity on collection and progress, we receive complaints from our students asking for refunds. They do not blame RAM couriers, they blame the college. I have spoke to the customer services manager last year already about this lack of service. He assured me it will never happen again. We have been making use of RAM couriers for over 3 years with excellent service. What happened? Really concerned and disappointed at their service since last year. If you have important parcels or documents to send, I would suggest you do not use RAM couriers at all.

I was phoned on a monday and I said that I am not at home due to circumstances that I don't feel a need to explain. I said they should contact me on the following wednesday and the lady said they will do so. Due to the nature of my work I had to make special arrangements for their sake No call on wednesday Still waiting Just pathetic

Waiting for parcel. 9 days after delivery was shipped. Sms that parcel is coming, wait all day without success. Trying phoning no answer at George branch. Send email with concern no response. Head office call center phone,still no success.

I had to urgently leave town and was not home for the scheduled delivery. I tried to phone the George branch to make alternative arrangements. Numerous phone calls over a number of days went unanswered. Emails also were not answered. Parcel never got delivered. Absolutely pathetic.

Ram couriers are speeding in estates like we don't have children , elderly or animals living here. This was 04 May 2023 kraaibosh country estate . 17h40 . Reckless driving !
