Just Property Impact

Pathetic service. Agent provided us with incorrect information to get the sale. When you want to move out, they give you a whole list of fees to pay. Wouldn't have worked with Just Property if I knew they lie to get sales! Been with other agencies and Just Property is by far the worst. You need to give your agents proper training so that they do not give clients incorrect information, plus nobody at Just Property takes responsibility for giving us incorrect information. We pay for utilities, we were advised water is prepaid and linked to the prepaid electricity meter, thereafter we receive an invoice for a separate water bill. The agent said she was 100% sure that the two are linked, now it's another story

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Being a property rental agent is one of the hardest things to be these days... In short, they are in the middle of an owner and a tenant! And have to keep both happy at all times.... very difficult! Yet they keep it up with prompt, professional, friendly, good service, and assistance at all times.Just Property Benoni also do alot more than only renting of properties. This is just where I fit into their busy schedule. I have rented through Just Property more than once. And when I have to rent again, they will be my rental agents for sure! I have a lot of experience in renting as I did so my whole life, and once I finally found Just Property Benoni, I never searched again. These people do the hard and dirty work in the middle with a professional positive energy. Just Property, you are tops! The whole team! And, I got my full deposits back each time just because I made sure my out-inspection photos were in the same manner as my in-inspection photos. I mean, you keep a rental property neat, tidy, and in good condition. It's not your own place, so you take care of it.

Never again, can't wait for my lease to end. The rudeness and attitudes and the way of working with people is really not acceptable and neither appreciated. Learn to employ people with actual people skills!

Whatever you do, do not rent out a place with agents from Just Property, unless you want to donate your deposit money. An apartment i rented out was as filthy as ever when i moved in, i had to arrange people to deep clean, and a year later when i moved out, i was told the walls have minor marks (by minor I'm talking a line of dirt) and needs repainting that costs the entire deposit money. Absurd if you ask me, considering the condition i found the place in. They are very rude and unpleasant to work with.

I sent a message on Saturday already about a unit. Charmaine Farmer answered me, and said that they are unavailable. I asked when can we view the unit. She responded on Sunday, to say Will confirm on Monday" - I messaged her again on Monday

I retract my 5 star rating. Their contracts have no protection clauses for tenants. Owner did not fix up any of the defects in the property including leaking pipes. Despite the defects they endorsed the owners decision to all of the sudden start billing for water with the leaking pipes still not fixed, because the owner Decided" so. Then the owner "Decided" to sell and serve a 60 day notice even though my contract states I still have another 4 months of rent to go.When you as the tenant want to cancel your lease agreement before your lease expires
