Biggs plumbers are professional and the work that they carry out is of top notch, I work in property and we make use of their services often, will highly recommend them for any size job

I haven't had them do any work for me yet but I like that they have rent to own options for their tanks and that you can pay it off! That is such a smart move on their part, which shows they are keeping in mind how tight things are for consumers these days.

I did not deal with Biggs Plumbers personally yet but a lot of my friends have and im only hearing good things about them. Friendly, fast and professional. Keep up the good work.

I contacted them last week Wednesday. On the 26th of April about one of their vehicles almost causing me to crash on the side of the road. Driving at least 160-180 km/h on a 100 km/h zone. I gave them a week to get back to me about the driver. But they just left it on read. Trying to avoid the whole situation. It’s just not on when one of your guys almost make an accident.

From personal experiences from family and friends, I have only positive feedback and good referrals. And when I have called for a quote, staff friendly and very helpful.

Definitely overpriced. There are other companies that will offer same services at a more affordable rate. Was told that there would be no call out fee. Once on site, the technician found something faulty and took it to his own decision to start with repairs. He did not consult me first. I did not receive any quotes from the company and never gave them consent to make the repair. Few days later, I received a statement from the company charging over R1.5k for the 15 minutes he worked on the premise. I am definitely not a happy customer. Strike one was when the company never contacted me first to get consent before working on my premise. This shows lack of communication from their side. I had just called for them to come assess and provide me with a quote. Nothing more. Now I must pay for R1.5k which I did not ask for. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Called early on a Saturday morning, they sent out the most helpful staff who located, and fixed the leak in no time. Followed up with an affidavit to confirm the leak. Speedy and brilliant service!
