Friday monthend.Over an hour in queue.And only 2 tellers.It is month end!!!!!!But plenty of staff to tell me not to read on my tablet.Worst branch worst bank.But that is today's standards

This branch was closed during most of covid 19. Now open on level one. I'm am still sitting to be attended to 2 hours later. The queue is down the passage. Staff are slow. And I am just here to collect a card. What if I had to open an account or sitting with a large deposit.

Just pathetic, it's Saturday and month end and there is only one teller. There are plenty of unemployed youth this branch should hire some but since this is Lenz they probably saving cost.
