Services are truely pathetic being a government place.

My daughter went there and was so traumatised by the unfriendliness in the child maintenance section. Their treatment was apalling. The maintenance clerk never listened to her side of the story and the lady clerk was most unfriendly....5 stars to Cape Town court....Mokopane court and Mahwelereng court....these people at Stanger court could learn at lot from them with regards to professionalism. Hoewever this matter will be taken further.

More public parking required, aircons needed, back up generators needed.

Covid 19 regulations adhered to staff helpful yes that is security and clerk. Others that are employed in other positions are unfriendly and rudde to the poor who comes with there complaints it's sad I as councillor get complaints from people now and then how they are being treated in family courts maintenance courts and many more

Had to wait for almost 2 hours... Was told to come 8 but the sessions started at 10

Friendly security staff. Well signposted inside the building. Relatively short queues. Only street parking outside. Some staff could improve their PR skills. Others are extremely helpful.

Needs more security, parking and directional signage. However the staff are really helpful.

I didn't even want to leave a star. My issue started at the end of February 2021. I had a maintenance order and had not received maintenance from my soon to be ex since October 2020. I got all the necessary paperwork together and even traced my ex new place of employment so that the Maintenance Officers didn't have to do any work. So I went and sat at court with no assistance until I lost my temper (I know very unprofessional) but eventually the court manger was forced to assist me. Eventually after a long heated conversation he referred my File to a MR SIBIYA. I was grateful and very understanding to MR SIBIYA plight about COVID Back Log. He assured me he would follow up with me at the end of April 2021. Today I contacted MR SIBIYA and my file is still on his desk with no work done on it. THIS MATTER IS FRUSTRATING BECAUSE HOW DO THESE PEOPLE EXPECT SINGLE MOTHERS TO FEED THEIR CHILDREN WHEN THEY DON'T DO THEIR JOBS!!!! I have phoned all morning also to lodge a complaint with the KwaDukuza Court Manager and she is never available. THIS IS NOT A FREE SERVICE AS THEY HAVE YOU BELIEVE, YOU PAY TAX SO YOU ARE PAYING THEIR SALARY. Don't worry my fellow single mom's out there I am not leaving this matter.

I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely grateful for the wonderful service I received from the maintenance department at Stanger Magistrate Court. The staff was extremely helpful and Mr Sibiya you are a star.

The security personnel are the stars in this place. Poor service by the estate department. The person there is just there to pass the time and is more out of the office than in the office. Waited 4 hours for no service. Went to Durban and was assisted in no time. Very entitled, no interest
