Received the most pathetic service for a highly priced salon. The pedi hairdresser is very rude and tribalist. Never setting foot there. For a first time I'm disappointed.Further calling me to say ' she saw my review' is utterly unprofessional and a form of intimidation . Improve your customer care and stop intimidating us. I have the right to write a review based on my experience. I was happy about taking my daughter to your kids salon since it's closer to my house,but I am dissapointed to say the least.You probably have to work on the customer service training a little for growth. New customers also matter, we like your marketing and we come there hoping to get the same lovely care but I guess you prioritize your regular customers.For her to even question me about my feedback, and to get me involved in her and her boss' professional agreement is even worse.***I had to write a follow-up review which would have not been necessary if she did not question me about my first review

My daughter had a wonderful time celebrating her birthday with her friends on the 28th August 2021,from the awesome massages to the beautiful picnic setting. I was completely satisfied with their service. Big ups to them
