I have received the most pathetic service, I have ever got from a company. I have now driven to Telkom Kwadukuza Mall 7 times and still no joy. I have been trying to upgrade my contract for 2 months now and every month comes and they don't upgrade me. If their computers doesn't block them then I competency does. I am now over it and feel like canceling everything This is unacceptable. The promised update phone calls never come. If I could il. Give the 0 star rating.

Worst went to the store for swip never got help. Ask the the guy in the store is the problem for yhe branch only or all thr stores. They said i must go to ballito to find out they have the same problem

Although I had my driver's license and proof of address they refused to do a sim swap without my bar coded id book my sim card got damaged when my phone fell and I was almost 700 km away from home how does one deal with a situation like this.

Terrible service from the store... You wait for ever when u there as there is only two or one person attending to customers... For a five minute query u can wait for an hour.... No assistance when the is a problem... Net work signal is poor at areas.... And even after an upgrade from to 2mb line to 4mb.. It's supposed to boost signal if fact it took away n now we have signal less than 2mb... No sense having or building a client range when u not providing for your current customers.... I had my phone that fell a 2 month old contract n they refuse to send it for fixing.... I said I will pay.... But I need to pay for all parts from delivery to assessment to repair n parts.... Where is the service to keep ur customers... N when u there with a problem n the manager on the floor can hear the problem and never tried to help the customer...... They landlines number rings only and no answer... Why do they have the line then... If for all problems we need to drive there as it's not in Central Town...... You need to help your customers... And I will await response on this message as I can't handle telkom any longer... Especially since I have a problem with my phone thats not even 2 months old
