By far the worst moving company around, absolutely zero respect for customer belongings and zero customer service. The attached pics are courtesy of Pickfords moving my household items. I cant stress it enough on how shocking this company is. Do not, I repeat DO NOT make use of them.

Initially, we recieved quick responses and an appointment was setup. However, everything there after was like pulling teeth. The quote was a 1 line item valued at more than R140k. There was no interest in giving us a detailed breakdown. We opted not to go with Pickfords purely on their initial service.

Couldnt be happier with the service. Moved from Johannesburg to East London. They were quick with the quotes, they were prompt to arrive and pack and did an amazing job wrapping and packing even though things were already wrapped and packed. Was really a pleasant experience during a stressful time.
