My first visit at Coollook was around December. I went there for microblading. Michelle was my therapist...oh my gosh, she's so sweet. She explained the whole process to me. She would stop to explain each step and gave me an opportunity to ask questions and made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing. The results were outstanding. I went again for my touch up, Michelle was my girl again and she definitely made me happy again. Today I went in for a eyebrow wax and tint. I was introduced to Nokuthula. Also a sweetheart and a neat freak. She took her time on my eyebrows and made sure I look best. I love my eyebrows and I am really happy with Coollooks services. Their whatsapp service is also amazing and very efficient. I always get quick and polite responses. I love this place. Can't wait for my next visit

I had an amazing time yesterday had my lashes ,microblading and Carbon facial done everything was wow. Staff was friendly and very professional thank you for an amazing experience

The lady was professional and knew her job except she was so unfriendly immediately she finished she left the room and we had to start looking for her

I has not happy with my booking and the technique used by the lady when she did my full face wax she was very rough.

I appreciate their work,the really know how to do their job.

Only person who does Volume lashes, couldn’t do my nails as there was no one who could do them and they only do gelish not overly.

I made an appointment for 12PM today and arrived on time, at 12:10 another lady walked in and was attended to before me, I then asked the lady at the front desk why someone who arrived after me was attended to 1st to which she said the person assigned to me was still busy with a client. Something she should have told me as soon as she saw that my appointment time was up and I was sitting in front of her, I decided to leave after 30 minutes of waiting, I don’t get why we have to make appointments if they won’t stick to the time themselves or at least have the decency to tell their customer when they’re behind schedule.

CoolKBeauty CenturionNot happy at all. After First attempt I had to go back and fix as my eyes were having a reaction; eyelids were swollen and sore! I could not close my eyes, it was painful! After the fix, the lashes fall off within the 2 weeks. That time, the duration is 2 to 3 weeks. I’m not at all impressed!
