I'm renting from someone. When I purchase electricity I pay R3.67 per unit. Doesn't matter when purchase or how much.People next to me, with a normal municipality meter, pay R2.53 per unit (after the second purchase. After the 1st of each month, they pay less)HOW is this possible???

Shockingly bad product and service. Installed a meter and it only lasted a few weeks. When phoning them to ask about the returns policy they had no idea how to handle it and kept insisting I send them a mail to some generic mail address and then days go by with no response and no way for me to follow up. So I just go and buy a new meter to install and again send the registration to the whats app line with no response, Phone them again. They again have no idea why they cant help again insisting I send them a mail to this generic mail address .Truly a sad display.

Great alternative for Landlords, who are looking to give them some sort of control on their rental properties. Customer service is good and very efficient. I have access to my report, allowing me to see how much I will be paid during a cycle. Consider this option, if you want to control your investment properties more effectively.

Always a problem to get your rebate. Always told to wait 3 to 5 business days. Easier to email than to call. Incompetent staff, long turnaround time.

I bought 5 meters and the service was great. Quick activation and reasonable admin fee. Tenants can control their consuption amd no longer share one prepaid meter. This is great for tenants and landlords.

Shockingly poor service!!! Very hollow reports that can't be substantiated. I would rather not comment about the manager's attitude, except to say this is what his response to my query: Move to another service provider if you are not happy with our reports""
